BEN BRADSHAW
Claim: A health minister, the Telegraph claimed he had switched his second home designation to a more expensive jointly-owned London property and claimed full mortgage interest payments, in order for his partner to "benefit from the system".

The couple had previously split the mortgage costs, the paper said. However, it claimed that Mr Bradshaw was now submitting the entire cost of interest on the property to be paid out of expenses.

they all want sacking, arrested and charged with fraud, and then call a general election. if you or i claimed a benifit from the pulic purse fraudulently we would be took to court with the threat of imprisonment. i would now like a pubished list of all the MPs that have lived within the rules, also why do we need so many whe most of the time we are governed from the dreaded EU

You are right but with all the mistaken costs going to the fees office it must bring into question those who put in the claims and those who knew the practice was going on and yet sat on their overworked arses.

I totally agree with both of you. I am also sick of hearing each and every MP saying it was within the rules (which they made) and at a later date apologising, most - not all - are a bunch of snivellers who have no morals what so ever, and can never answer a direct question. As for staying on as an MP until the next election, to get a golden handshake and an index linked pension, just shows the arrogance and disrespect they have for the public.

Believe it or not Keith, I completely agree with you.

With one or two very notable and noble exceptions, the sooner the current herd of Westminster pigs are sent to the abbatoir, the better.

Vote Green.

Best way to stop these suspect claims by our glorious leaders or any future likely lads and ladettes would be to cancel the golden handshake of £40,000 and the substantial pensions they are given.
This may help them reflect on bad practice(no pun intended)
