Who in their right mind would want to spend nearly half a million quid on a property in that location?

According to their website they have only 25,467 tickets left out of 27,000. That means they have sold 1533 in 6 months. At this rate it will take them another 8 years to sell the rest, so perhaps it will be worth 1/2M by then.

However, with house prices dropping at the current rate you will soon be able to put down £25 as a deposit.

Perhaps the eejits should accept the fact that they are not going to get what they want for it, or what it was valued at at the peek of the housing bubble, and put it on the market for a realistic price.

I tried to raffle a car many years ago and was advised that it was illegal as i didnt have a GAMING license, do these people have such a license and if not then how can they get away with this raffle?
