IT WAS PRESSURE FROM ANOTHER SOURCE BARING DOWN ON THE COUNCIL THAT SECURED THEIR FUTURE.

If the council had their way, they would be gone tomorrow. Ask Cllr Prowse and others, what happened to the many swans that disappeared a few years back - and under what circumstances.

I know that you hate answering questions, but what was this other source that you so mysteriously refer to?
