Ive noticed a few empty shops in dawlish..

Does anyone no if the owners are looking for new people/tenants!?!?
i am looking for something small..

Think carefully, business rates, electric etc and landlord charges will probably total around £15,000 pa £285 per week to pay out.. Also remember people in Dawlish just sit back and love to see a new business fail. You will be ok if you can sell enough to the holiday trade. Could you sell over the internet?.. imagine how much you can save! If you really still want a shop you would probably do better to be in a Exeter or Newton. Just my thoughts, been there had the tee shirt!
