Chris Crudelli presenter and star of TV's 'Mind Body & kick ass Moves' will be on the Paul 'o' Grady Show tonight (30th September) from 5-6 o clock.
If anyone woh does not know chris for his work its well worth checking out.
If you like what he is showing i am hosting a 3 hour seminar in Newton Abbot on the 11th October where Chris will be coming down to show off his stuff. This is a great oppertunity to meet and train with chris.

Due to the recent success of the October seminar, Chris Crudelli is back by popular demand and will be putting on a further seminar based in Newton Abbot, Devon on the 28th February 2009.
Training with Chris will be 6 hours long and cost £60
Times will be 12:00-18:00
To secure your place you must pay a deposit of £30 and the remaining balance of £30 by January 31st 2009. (no refunds are given). Payment in full is also excepted.
