General Discussion

Early this morning I noticed a water leak at the bottom of Ashley Way and thought what a waste of water.
At about lunch time I was told it had turned into a major burst. People living in the vicinity were frantically trying to keep the water from flooding their homes.
The residents were angry and told me they had phoned S.W water only to be told they would be out tomorrow(but later changed their mind).
The fire service had been called to pump out some water from premises but there were none to be seen. Eventually South West Water arrived to turn off supplies.
