Why are Teighbridge collecting monies from non prescribed parking areas and continue to do so? They have been asked that question but as yet no reply.

And if they claim that charging for parking is not to raise money, why do they keep putting up the charges?

And why do the machines that they have installed give no change?

I ma surprised that nobody takes exception to Teignbridge council collecting money and issuing parking tickets when the area is not legally marked. I am not a lawyer but could that be called 'Taking money under false pretences' or some other legal phrase. Perhaps someone out there knows of one.
