Of the 25 or so formal objections that have already been lodged against the planning application by Tesco to build at Lady’s Mile I see that one is from a Mr G. Jeffrey of Cofton Country Holidays. Would that be George Jeffrey, brother of Alf?

If only 25 objected we can expect Tesco then.

Its not rocket science is it? if only 25 people out of all of Dawlish objected.
Anyway I will still go to Asda.

It's got nothing to do with the NUMBER of objections and everything to do with the ARGUMENT(s)contained within them! Although that said, the more objections that get submitted the more the Cllrs and planners get the 'message'.

And actually 25+ is quite a number of people given that apathy seems to reign most everwhere.
