It's up to you.
I'm spanish and the clases will be teached in english of course, but it is obvious the music will be in spanish, but you don't have to know how to speak "latin" to dance salsa.
I invite you to come, just to try, i can assure you, you will enjoy.

Well, if you are tempted all you have to do is to come and try, i think you will enjoy it. And as you said, it is something different to do in Dawlish.
