Lady's Mile Farm
This planning application has just been submitted to Teignbridge District Council by Lady's Mile Farm. I wonder why.............? Wouldn't be anything to do with Tesco's wish to build a store on another bit of their land would it? Surely not!

Why are there so many dodgy things happening in our Dawlish? So much for a picture postcard seaside town, it's more like a den of iniquity.

I thought the planning application was for some lodges - not a brothel. You anti-Dawlish posters need to a grip on reality...
Why does it have to be dodgy? I know our town could be a lot better, but so could many others I have visited. Not everyone in Dawlish is a loser and if people are so unhappy living here then the answer is simple. Move away.
I agree, but anyone with any brains will realise that the people who shout and preach against the council are possibly one and the same person with an obvious grudge for whatever reason and will feel like a large majority of people who come on here. The sooner he moves away or stops posting as so many different people the better. Good luck with the house sale.
I like living in Dawlish, but there are certainly some funny decisions taking place. I expect i will be knocked by the ghastly deacon chap, but i've more important things to see to (cooking tea)

Well said! Get rid of Joey Deacon...he spoils every thread. Once those big Supermarkets start waving their chequebooks around there's no stopping people's greed.
