Does any1 know where i can find them online. or the council are useless if they still havent got them online. The designs for paigntons was up way before work started on it.

Weren't they submitted to the planners at Teignbridge District Council?

Have you tried contacting that council?

ring tdc planning dept, tell them what you want to see and make an appointment. pop along and they will let you see all the files - they can be very helpful

If they are so helpful why aren't the plans online?
