On Radio 4's consumer program 'You and Yours' (01/07/2008), it was stated that some catering establishments (pubs/restaurants/takeaways) may be using a blend of Vegetable oil which includes GM modified Corn oil. According to Trading Standards, if this is the case, these establishments should be displaying this information on their menu's and on prominent signs.
