The planning reference for this is: 08/02503/MAJ

Don't expect to find it on the weekly planning application listings published by Teignbridge District Council because, as I write this, it hasn't been posted there. Why not?!

It is there now.
I have down loaded some 420 pages of the Transport Assesment doc.

They have done their traffic survey's at the wrong time of the year. It looks good the way it is presented, as the flow of traffic does not appear to be too much of a problem then. The massive roundabout at Carhaix Drive, with a push button pelican crossing, will create the same problems as the one at Bridge Road, (Countess Weir), which I am sure many of you are familiar with. And with more and more cyclists being encouraged, it can only get worse (congestion, that is).
Listen to this Kenton and Starcross, if they build a bypass to miss both of you, to avoid the brunel problem at Starcross, then will that spell the death nail to your village shops and P.O's as well as the shops in Dawlish?

Promise you I'm not Viaduct, but on his behalf I think I can safely say that Viaduct does not want a new supermarket in Dawlish do you Viaduct?

Watch out struggling Dawlish town centre shops, Tesco is planning a third of its store to be non-food.
