Overwhelmed due to the number of new houses bringing people into the town, lack of trained staff (pharmacists) currently available, the issue of staff sickness, the problem of electrical failure bringing their computer system down for a couple of days. @Lynne You seem to be very keen on Lib Dems so I'm assuming there's a connection somewhere. Were/are you a candidate? And let's remember that before the Tories TDC was Lib Dem. BTW would love to hear what the rumours were...
