Some amusing stuff on here but seriously take up Jeanettes suggestion about contacting the Mayor. Dawlish' problem is that is run by the retired for the retired and they forget that 50% of the population is under fifty. Don't wait for the councillors to do anything - otherwise you'll be collecting your pension too. Write letters, phone, get organised. Write to the Dawlish Post - no one else does.
