I agree unproffessionalism within the civil servant arena has always been common place, and it costs the tax payer hugely the only upside to this is that 58% of the working population are civil servants so effectively they are paying for their own mistakes. (thats quite funny)

Chef tallyrand, are you thee Chef Tallyrand ? If you are, may I ask why you post on Dawlish.com, I understood you lived in New Zealand or am I completely confused? If you do now live local, then I will gladly swap some apple tree branches for some cookery guidance. You maybe the man, I like all types of fish, eat fish at least 7 meals a week, can we get really cheap fish off anyone local?

Yes i had realised you hadn't paid, I was making an attempt at being funny (didn't work) But for a laugh you could try asking for the non existant overpayment to be returned. They'll probably give it to you My tale about the trailer wasn't true, I made it up to make you laugh ( I guess that didn't work either ) sorry

No its the farmer that does the milking. User 4549 you could send them a copy of your receipt and a letter demanding the immediate repayment of your overpayment see what that throughs up.

Well I have just managed to join on line it was so simple, so thats it committed now. Vending machine coffee is not good, so maybe an annonymous letter to said cafes might help (probably fall on deaf ears, but at least you'll have tried)

This might clear the whole thing up for you I saw a trailer for sale reasonable price, I went to have a look (he was a farmer) When I got there it was twice the price I gave the farmer the money and he gave me my change I told my wife this tale and she asked rather confused, so how much did you pay for it then Well I said £100 less than advertised I to this day do not ...
