@OurSoul If you had a brain you would have worked out that the reason they are going ahead with construction is that they have already struck a deal with TDC. Why dont you TROLL off

As suspected behind the scenes dealing going on between Redrow Homes and Teignbridge Council. Here is their response to me asking what their plan was if TDC fail to secure Warren Farm for SANGS         "We can confirm we're currently in discussions with Teignbridge District Council and suitable plans will be put in place to cover the requirements of the s106 at Warren Grove." Anyone fancy doing ...

Exeter Road

And we are told that the drains and sewers can cope with all the new house building. They cant even cope with a 30 min rain storm or an influx of holiday makers. A major re-think is needed by SWW and the councils. INFRASRUCTURE BEFORE HOUSES its that simple

DCC & TDC have also been known to reduce and then try to enforce speed limits around the area without the nessessary traffic orders and road modifications to support such. It seems even when they are caught out on legal grounds they still dont rectify their errors. Cockwood straight 30 limit not a built up area and no street lights. Starcross and Dawlish Warren 20 mph not legally enforceable ...

Have just messaged Redrow Homes to ask what their contingency plan is, as they seem to be going ahead with the development regardless. Would be interested to know if any of the Secmanton Lane area developments also fall into the no SANGS no sale requirement. I feel some back handed, dodgy dealing is taking place somewhere along the line.

Who is going to cut the grass verges, empty the green bins, clean the public toilets, etc. Bet it all gets done in and around Forde House and County hall. What has happened to all the money the authorities are coining in from all the new houses, and if they have no money to cut the grass how can they afford to CP and maintain Warren farm and surrounding land.

Just come back from Costa Del Sol in Southern Spain. Marbellla is a really lovely place to live just like Dawlish the big difference being their local authority wont build me an Affordable House to live in so guess ill have to keep working to earn some money before I move there. Oh no that wont work because I forgot there are no jobs in Dawlish. This means that all the new residents of 106 ...

@OurSoul Repeating the question previously asked and relevant to the point being made. How many LOCAL people are in need and can afford an Affordable house on Shutterton Park. Is it 32 ??????

@leatash Wrong Sainbury's did cause Firbank to stop selling fuel. Thats history now though. Just for info on price they are already 2p/litre dearer than Morrisons, and they wont stop there

Lets put you all straight here as you seem to know very little about the system. There is some truth in the fact that all the fuel comes from the same place but the point thats being missed is the additives that Sainsbury's and others add to the basic fuel. The octane rating used ie 95 for unleaded is the minimum and there is quite a difference in shall we say refined unleaded and unleaded plus ...
