Do we know what is meant by affordable? Are 30% of the properties being sold to local first time buyers at a reduced price?

This is a great idea and exactly what is needed up and down the country to create jobs and kick start the economy. The government has no money so it can't just start spending money on things like roads, railways and infrastructure except for the projects it has already budgeted for. I don't know if it is government land that is being used here, but one thing the government does have is land and ...

I saw on the news that one arcade owner was threatening to pack up his arcade business. Could this be the end of Harrison's too?

Wtf are you on about MrAngry? First teleportation and tramlines, now something about planets and kids? When I am not cycling or walking, I am driving my car so I already pay to use the roads not that that has any relevance to my original post in the same way that none of your posts seem to either, which was about the problem of combining pedestrians and cyclists into single pathways and the same ...

Remove it and landlords would have no choice but to drop rental prices because the demand would drop off a cliff. Using taxpayers money to pay for peoples rents is not the same as paying for school suppliers or groceries as ...

@User 4549 . being a 'reverend' he is probably a doctor of theology or divinity. i'm sure it is not hard to find out what his doctorate is in. I understand that in the old days the only doctors your average peasant would come in contact with (if they had the money) were medical doctors, however someone with the title of 'doctor' is someone with a doctorate which is an academic qualification. It ...
