14-year-old Albina Yevko sadly died after falling from the sea wall in Dawlish earlier this year. On Saturday morning, the fire service was called to Cofton Holiday park near Dawlish Warren to a report that a biomass energy plant had caught fire. Upon arrival, fire crews found that biomass inside the building was smouldering to temperatures as high as 400 degrees celsius.
