I do not know why I was not shortlisted. There was apparently a 'high number of applicants'. I did forget to put the masonic seal on the envelope though... But I'm now quite glad I did not get the job, after reading the comments in here. Tom has a lot to prove.

I'm more peeved that I applied for the job, have more experience and qualifications than Tom, but did not even get an interview.
