Whats in a number
To produce a truly accurate league table, you would have to know absolutely everything about each and every school. The league table would have to be produced by ONE individual, with utter objectivity (something that I doubt even Offsted has!) and based on them teaching children with exactly the same skills, needs and abilities. Utter fantasy. And this is why league tables don't work
