Do we know whether their accounts have yet been filed ahead of the deadline this coming week? If they have, then there would be no dissolution. If not, then it would be someone's else's fault no doubt.

It's entry by ticket only Cassandra.  Which will be available to secure via on-line applications later this month. I believe that it's a total of 50,000 tickets over the two days and lots of local b&b's and campsites are already reporting mass bookings for that weekend.

I hope the disgusting old bastard rots in hell. Why is our little town populated by so many of these dirty old men?

The report is about pensioners being £9 a week better off than working people. You're not a pensioner and therefore not in receipt of the associated financial benefits of being a pensioner. I believe the answer to your question lies there somewhere.
