Yes me too! There is a solution that the site provides either off site affordable on other land or a contribution towards off site provision. There will be an increase in value on the remaining houses, therefore no reason why a contribution cannot be gained. TDC have included 2 bridges not within the Draft Framework which went out to public consultation, I have checked. Therefore, my question is where is the cost for upgrading the Hospital Road in Area 4? This will be expensive, so might they hide the fact, since it could impact on area 4s deliverability and therefore by not including it TDC can say all is ok and let both sites be approved and sort ...
Also where is the costing for upgrading the Hospital Road? Why is that not in it? That will not be cheap and could further impact on Area 4 since it needs to be up to Highways standards for the employment land!

A very valid point leatash regarding informing parents et al from outside of Dawlish who are also affected by this proposal. It is a shame the schools are closed for Easter, however, I think that is why TDC chose a holiday time to drop this onto the community.

This petition basically does not address all the points which the residents of Dawlish are concerned about.
