How does the DA2 development framework down for executive on May 17th effect the site access issues re: Sandy Lane etc? Bit thick on this subject as to the immense amount of official documentation. Does the potential outcome of this meeting rubber stamp the Sandy lane access to be the one for the distant future? From what I have read the Sainsbury roundabout access would only go forward if ...

It should be a simple matter to see how much they earn't last years to this year for the same period. From what Lynne gleamed (her post 07th april 2016 07:15) TDC was awarded £30k to convert a disused building by the station into a new cycle hire facility. Has the £30k been used refit toilet block in question?
A good price to make a very nice little gem out of and with a stunning view from the garden. Not so sure about the garden features, I think I would just prefer a few gnomes although not 20feet high. Maybe a foot or two.

@Gary Taylor ..... i beg to differ, their (being whoever is in power at the time) track record of doing what is in the interest /best for the dawlish people is sadly lacking in my opinion. obviously we all have opinions and that is why dawlish.com is an excellant site for airing them.
