I read in the paper, that the lady taxi driver is considering to appeal at Magstrates Court. I wish her the best of luck, but I'm vey doubtful that she will have the decsion overturned. In my experience, Magistrates who either play golf with, or are in the same lodge as Councillors won't come down on her side. If she persues matters, she may well fare better before a district judge.
