This is an ace course, i went on this last month and it knocks spots of anything else i have ever done. Well done to the 3 instructors who showed us simple but effect self defence and avoidance techniques. The scenario's were excellent and it is a perfect course for any female out their. The nights are drawing in ladies and i strongly recomend this course. cheers guys claire xx

I totally agree its about time someone said what they felt. there is no need for these stupid gangwars because they do not exist its all in the mind of one stuped person.
