Police are asking the public to report any sightings to them and to look out for him. Officers from the British Transport Police (BTP) were called to the tracks at Starcross station near Teignbridge in South Devon around 12.30pm today. An effort to raise money for waterfowl in Dawlish has been set up following the unexplained death of black swan cygnet.
