Thanks for the info, but not the much wiser. Does that mean the link road will or will not be in the 17th April exec meeting? Presumably if there are no details to be had about the meeting on the 17th April, agenda that is, then no one can be the wiser I suppose!
How does the DA2 development framework down for executive on May 17th effect the site access issues re: Sandy Lane etc? Bit thick on this subject as to the immense amount of official documentation. Does the potential outcome of this meeting rubber stamp the Sandy lane access to be the one for the distant future? From what I have read the Sainsbury roundabout access would only go forward if ...
@Margaret - reply to your post 07 April 2016 10:43 - As the traders in Dawlish have records of their takings from last years accounts. It should be a simple matter to see how much they earn't last years to this year for the same period. Obviously there are a lot of factors involved as to what may have been on during the previous period, etc. Although, if no major events outside of Dawlish ...
Interesting planning permission that was granted on the 13/02/15 for change of use of public conveniences at the Warren. Same location as the w.c's building in question. http://gis.teignbridge.gov.uk/TeignbridgePlanningOnline/Results.aspx?Type=Application&Refval=14/03524/FUL
From what Lynne gleamed (her post 07th april 2016 07:15) TDC was awarded £30k to convert a disused building by the station into a new cycle hire facility. Has the £30k been used refit toilet block in question?
A good price to make a very nice little gem out of and with a stunning view from the garden. Not so sure about the garden features, I think I would just prefer a few gnomes although not 20feet high. Maybe a foot or two.
@Morty Vicker - would you mind posting some of the links to the documentation that shows which local businesses and individuals that have already gained from this handout by t.d.c, thankyou.
@MV - (04th April 20:11 2016) I think even someone of your slithering nature can see'NOT ADOPTED BY' is more than likely the same as not theirs. It does have their name on it so I can only presume that they are not that bothered. slither, slither.....You are a fine one to talk about apologising to others!
@Gary Taylor ..... i beg to differ, their (being whoever is in power at the time) track record of doing what is in the interest /best for the dawlish people is sadly lacking in my opinion. obviously we all have opinions and that is why dawlish.com is an excellant site for airing them.
Dawlish is slowly going downhill in terms of its amenities, shops and general well being. The councils (Dawlish, Teignbridge, DCC) seem to have autonomy in making any info about planning/projects that may cause public unrest 'confidential' when ever they please. Planning, in my opinion, is sadly lacking when it comes to large housing developments. Especially in the case of safe ingress/egress ...
