"If you want to WORK HARD and get on, we are on your side." Brilliant!
I walked down The Strand this morning, the new paving looks great, will be very nice in the summer. Clearly they are doing their best to reduce disruption by completing sections of paving rather than doing the whole Strand at once. Excellent job.
This has nothing to do with the poor, disabled and vulnerable except protecting them from harm. No body wants nuclear weapons, but there are a necessary evil. Especially now as more and more states have them. They will be used again, it's just human nature.
Yeah good point. However a new Royal Yacht to advertise the UK would be a worthy cause. http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/uknews/theroyalfamily/9027811/Nothing-would-make-the-case-for-Britishness-like-a-new-royal-yacht.html
"Labour to join Tories in backing a £25bn deal to renew Trident fleet." At last a Labour Party policy that makes sense. http://www.independent.co.uk/news/uk/politics/labour-to-join-tories-in-backing-a-25bn-deal-to-renew-trident-fleet-8512209.html
I've never slagged off the unfortunate, I just can't stand people who choose to be on the dole. I know several people who have recently landed new jobs, so in other words there are jobs available. I also know people who choose not to work. Anyone who believes this isn't the case is simply being delusional!
Here's something to spend some money on, a new HMY Britannia to promote the United Kingdom around the whole world. Far better to invest in something that will give a return than waste money supporting people that don't want to work. http://www.boatingbusiness.com/news101/industry-news/public-wants-new-britannia,-says-poll2
Not 100% but it's ok at the moment. Let's just be clear, I'm not saying reduce benefits to zero. However it would be nice to reduce the cost to the tax payer, where possible
So the moral of the story is - if you have a spare bedroom, move to a smaller home to avoid the bedroom tax. More importantly the rent will be less and costing the rest of us less. I can't see anything wrong with this policy.
The Archbishop is entitled to his opinion but who's going to listen to him when his job is to be deluded. The church / religion has no bearing on anything nor should it ever have. If there wasn't any religions this world would be a far better place. Budget cuts are needed and the fairest sector to cut is benefits.
