Roy, Pasted from the paper "Teignbridge Council's planning boss Steve Robinson has recommended a proposal by Cavanna Homes and Bovis Homes for a new housing development in Secmaton Lane is refused because it does not have enough affordable homes. I think he has a point,dont you?

You really are a confused person, just for clarification I read the posts here and NOT ONE PERSON SUEGGESTED THERE WERE TECHNICALITIES. What has been said is there are no technicalites in law, you can make up all sorts of silly scenarios, but if you broke the law then you need to be taken to court and if proved, found guilty if not then not guilty.
