Several people I know who live in Brunswick Place park there. There is a footpath which takes you down to Barton Crescent at the entrance to the Barton Car Park, that's why so many cars are parked at that particular place in Westcliff. But if you want to be near the station you can park just off Teignmouth Hill, it's often quite full there as a very popular parking spot for people living in Town.
The same place as dozens of other locals, West Cliff Road, I've been parking there for years.
Yep Brazilnut, and delivery people and coaches coming into town from Torquay who need to continue on their journey towards Exeter, don't want to go back out via West Cliff road and down Teignmouth Hill again.
