Over the past few weeks Dawlish Town Council has been considering whether it is possible to hold the normal Christmas Lights Switch On Fun Evening and Festive Fun/Christmas Market Weekend this year. Trains are being cancelled and there is huge disruption in Devon, Cornwall and Plymouth tonight due to a police incident.
