OK, good point, which can be said of The Guardian as well. I think it is a good idea not give handouts too soon. This should deter people from coming here purely for the benefits.

So the large build up of debris near the old post office will be left there which is clearly the worst eyesore. The public notice pdf file says it is good for waterfowl and fish, but is the real reason because it is too expensive to remove?
