i would like to see teign housing or another housing associaton get planning for this developement. the majority of peope in this area cannot afford a mortgage and have to rent. a mix of 1,2, and 3 bdroom properties is desperately needed for thoseon the waiting list living in privately rented properties. rents are out of the reach ofsome people in private rentals unless they qualify for benefit. ...

im not surprised after the tesco fiasco, and as they come from torbay not dawlish no idea of how to get the town to support. dawlish united should be there at least it is run for the children and adults of dawlish

teignmouth police have been looking fr somewhere to go for years, they lease it backfrom the developer at the moment, just think how much that costs, what could be better than to build a station along with the youth/trainig centre, they will need a car park tho. lol
