Eggsellent news. Does anyone know when the birdhouse is due for completion. The notice on it says 6 to 8 weeks, but it dates back to October last year!

Sounds like good news. A well done to the teachers and to the pupils too.

A warning has been issued about not picking (and more specifically) eating any cockles that you may find washed up on the beach. This particular species of cockle is not edible and may be toxic. It must have been a really strong high tide on Saturday night as I've never seen so many starfish and shellfish washed up on the Dawlish Warren spit as I saw yesterday morning.

What a game. What an advert for the town of Dawlish and for non-league football!
