Workers arrived about 10 days ago and built the foundations on either side, to await the bridge, yesterday the team arrived and found that plans drawn up by the architect were different for each stage, consequently the bridge builders had to dig up the foundations and relay them to fit ...

His reply: Thanks for your note and I do not know the answer so I have included David Whitton in the loop as the new Service Head and he will hopefully be in a position to advise us both. If Devon CC intend to gradually install the new ticket machines county wide, I wonder what happens to the new Pay & Display machines they spent £250.000 on about 18 months ago.
