Philip Lindon and Cheryl Mee had been stopped for speeding on the A380 at Mamhead, near Dawlish when the drugs were found. Lindon had arranged the shipment to pay off debts. Cracks in a sea wall previously destroyed by high tides have prompted concerns it could collapse again.
