Agreed. It is confusing. Also, the more free parking there is, the less cost effective it must be to enforce restrictions for the remaining spaces. Don

@Cosey I was accused of being other people within a day of my first ever posting and it has happened several times since. I wrote a satirical piece about Roy and was accused of writing it to disguise the fact that I was Roy. I understand your annoyance and, as Webmaster says, you have done nothing wrong. Try to laugh it off and continue to post, Don

I have been subscribed to TPS for years. It cuts out most of the calls - the ones from reputable companies. By elimination, it means that those I do receive are ignoring my TPS preferences and cannot be trusted with any information at all that they do not have already. @wriggler Good advice.

I think that it all this is a far cry from many of the abusive and potentially libellous posts which used to fill the Backyard. However, I cannot understand why people seem unable to treat one another with respect on the forum. I could probably find plenty of reasons to agree with the previous posters and the webmaster, but I don't. I do not like some of the posts, now or in the past, but none of them upsets me enought to want to see people banned.

@J.Warrener The forum is obliged to allow multiple accounts to avoid accusations of discrimination against people with Multiple Personality Disorder, Don

@webmaster I can think immediately of two novels containing invented language, "A Clockwork Orange" and "Cloud Atlas." I don't think that the form in which she presents her posts should be an issue unless you were to say the same to someone writing in Chaucerian English, for example. It would be no easier for most people than Rainbow's.

I agree with Duckileaks. Rainbow1 has a style of writing that takes a while to get used to. Once you do, it is straightforward to understand. I don't think that she is particularly abusive by the standards of this forum over the years. She is certainly direct and I can understand people taking offence.
