When is the full Council meeting taking place where the ultimate decision will be made?

I raised this issue at the CAC meeting last week, asking the chair to get the issue sorted. I have walked that path three times over the last three weeks and have had to divert through the farmers field as the footpath is impassable. The framer has tried to secure the gate so that too is impassable but with not much success. DTC have an obligation to ensure all footpaths are passable.
It is quite clear from the response here, that it is very much undedcided and split between what should happen. So take it to a public poll I say, if Dawlish want's it they will turn up, if they don't they won't.
All great, but should we really be allowing another refreshment facility in the area, let's be fair, those offering teas, coffees and icereams are already struggling the competetion wars.
Well let's hope the rent is paid and that no more trees are felled in that area.
Brooklyn Bridge It sounds to me that if you knew of some local authority was breaking the law, you would turn a blind eye. Not for me I'm afraid. There are two cases on going at the moment (there may be others) where it could cost DCC millions and that cost will eventually land in your lap.
