I'm just waiting for the implementation of a system of fines that wil be levied against A) wrong material in a bin/bag/caddy/sack, B) not putting out the relevant container, C) placing containers in the wrong location outside your property, D) Any lid not being in the closed position due to excessive contents. I know most will scoff, but some of these fines have been implemented in other parts ...

Happened to be walking along the seawall at Teignmouth this a.m. and was surprised to see so many campervans along the road parallel to the seawall. I've seen quiet a few over the years, but never counted over 20 at one time. Must be some sort of campervan club visit.

Taking the wife for a walk today and decided to have a look at the land in question and met up with one of the owner's of the properties affected by this new build. They advised that it was indeed Luscombe land, not that I can confirm. @Carer - thanks for the info. i know the luscombe estate sold the land that mr stone built meadow park, upper loglands, etc , estate on back in the 1970's. i thought they would only sell large sections of land, but i suppose it depends how much they can get for a slice of land these days. Wouldn't be surprised if the 1.5 acres sold for this new development was as much as the entire acreage ...

It would be interesting to see if there was any uploaded vids on social media of the sheds actually on fire. It would suggest that those who uploaded the vids would have been there around the time of the crime and be a possible avenue of investigation by those in blue.
I would be interested to know what action (if any) the local plod are doing about this. 2 arson attacks in as many weeks in very close proximity! Some of these sheds are kitted out by those who rent them and it takes time ad money to replace and that's not counting the mental anguish that is also caused by this piece of scums actions.
