At last the council are spending money on proper gear, ha ha.
It wouldn't go amiss to spend a bit of that on making sure the sewage got where it needs to go without leaking out everytime there's a bit of rain!

@Eugmauran - i wasn't inferring that the culprit(s) were kids. where did i state that ? just because i used the word little as a derogatory term for the arsonist(s).

'additional street sweeping' additional to what? none! Just put all your rubbish in the black bin, fortnightly, problem solved..simple.
