Dawlish town centre makes more sense than the Warren to me ,we need to find ways of getting people to spend more time (and money) in the town.On dull days, a  modern , child friendly museum with sensible opening times would be a great alternative to the amusement arcades. Not sure if its all related to 'The Wall' but the amount of traffic using Park Road seems to have increased significantly in the last few weeks.

I  totally agree, but if other people's behaviours are having an adverse affect on you, your family or your friend's life,home or business than that's a good indication. If in doubt, I'm sure the local community police team in Dawlish will be happy to help answer any questions. noise levels ie Customers leaving licences premises/food outlets , amplified music, car/motor bike engine revving ...

I'm sure the town centre would greatly beneft from a reduction in numbers and also make the Lawn a much more pleasant area to picnic in.  There are a number of specialist companies out there, if enough businesses and individuals got together with Dawlish and teignbridge council, could we not negotiate discounted fees and make our town a cleaner , safer and more family friendly place to visit. A big thank you to everyone who attended the meeting on Wednesday. I will definately be informing the authorities about any Anti Social  Behaviour in the town. As the representatives said they need more evidence. For myself I felt the meeting was extremely useful and I hope this becomes the way forward and that we all continue to talk to each other.

The Sunburnt Arms can be restricted to 12am in the 'tourist area' of Dawlish Warren but the the Lansdown pub can stay open to 3am? Doesn't seem fair on the Dawlish residents to me?

Can everyone who has experienced anti-social behaviour/trading outside licenced hours in Dawlish town centre please come along on the 24 April at 6.30pm at the Manor House. If we all start talking and working together we will have a much better chance of making Dawlish a town to be proud of. Bring along as many examples of incidents as you can ie dates/photos!
