It's rather disappointing that there is a three week delay to the project before they have even started. It frustrates me that the council(s) can't keep the public properly informed as to why this is delayed. Giving proper information wouldn't have cost them much more than an advert in the gazette would it?
The lights on the brook have been damaged by the constant flooding, I understand the council are working on a resolution. the "swan" lights are another issue.
