Well done to all competitors today. You were all truly inspirational! The organisers did Dawlish and Dawlish Warren proud (though they need to tell Ian Birdsey to stick to photography and leave the people skills to those who have them). Well done also to everyone who went out to support the athletes. It was a great turnout!

Oh the irony, Burneside commenting on a thread that involves exercise... Sigh! I didn't change my username from Mrs C by choice. As you and your agreers well know. I apologise to DOGS. I shouldn't have written that you've changed your username. I should have stated that it was a new username.
