I think that is a fair request in light of the sad news of her death, so I have removed it.

A Dawlish historian has claimed the damage to the Dawlish rail line may have been prevented if the designer Brunel's original plans were followed. Network Rail has told the government it hopes to reopen the railway line destroyed by storms at Dawlish before its target of mid-April.
