Crosscountry trains have confirmed that they will not be running any trains west of Exeter from 3pm today. The trains may stop running until 7pm due to the high tide, strong onshore winds and the risk of waves over the sea wall, which could affect the likes of Dawlish, which have had previous problems with adverse weather.
