Devon and Cornwall Police say they are investigating the death of a 33-year-old man on Tuesday (18 July). The man, named locally as Todd Riggs, from Holsworthy, was pronounced dead at the scene. Unless it's been altered (and I don't think it has) the Local Plan for Dawlish shows that there is to be a green 'corridor' betweeen the Gatehouse developments and the development at the Langdon Hospital site.
