For info - the total number of homes being built by Bovis/Cavanna at their site at Secmaton Lane is 251. I don't know how over long a period of time those homes will be built. Guess it depends on how quickly they sell. Of those 251, 12% (30) are to be affordable. Of those 30, 15 will be affordable rent and 15 affordable housing of some other kind (shared ownership for example?). If you are ...

@Andysport - unfortunately i couldn't attend the meeting but I'll certainly try and find out more about Dawlish Transition's thoughts on their doing a self-build scheme on this site that has outline p/p for 75 homes. This site by the way was granted p/p with various S106 agreements including that it should provide 30% affordable housing. I thought at the time that 30% of 75/76 dwellings might ...

Yes AndyS I have definitely been posting about the above on here and also chasing TDC. Other posters on this website on earlier threads have also referred to this breach of the S106 agreement.

When they say "adjacent to farmland" I wonder just what farmland they have in mind? Would it be the farmland that is scheduled to have 100s of houses built on it over the next 20 years or so?
