Stuart Glanville from Dawlish went missing in mid June. He was found safe and well in the Newton Abbot area on Saturday.

Concern has been expressed by a Judge after a decision by city magistrates allowed a convicted arsonist to roam the streets. Stuart Glanville was last seen at his home in Luscombe Terrace Dawlish on Sunday. He had visited his father in Newton Abbot earlier that day. A man from the Newton Abbot area has been charged with two offences of assaulting a police officer and one of public order. The incident occurred in a Dawlish pub on Tuesday. David Williams will appear before South Devon magistrates on Tuesday, June 24th.
