After storms swept away the Brook lights, Dawlish town council plans to restore them with a new multi-colour design. MULTI-COLOURED lighting could soon return to the Brook in Dawlish. Well, other than the Carnival event they must have visited a different Dawlish to the crapper I live in. 20 years ago it was a beautiful and well maintained and cherished Town but over the last 2 decades the councils have run it into the ground whilst continually increasing the rates, in my opinion
